WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We hope you love your 442FIT! But if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we do accept returns with the following conditions:
- Returns must be made within 30 days of receiving your item.
- Any shipping costs paid are nonrefundable.
- All items must be unworn with original tags attached and folded in the original pouch.
442fit Swim Collection
Swim bottoms must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and with all tags and liners attached. We ask that you wear underwear when first trying-on your purchase, as we reserve the right to refuse returns that show any signs of wear. If a liner has been removed from Swim bottoms, we will not accept your return.
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO BE REFUNDED?
After it is received by then Returns Department, please allow from 5 to 10 business days for your refund to be applied back to your account.
If you have not received your refund please check your tracking information and allow 5-10 days after receipt from our department to be refunded.
CAN I RETURN/EXCHANGE “FINAL SALE” ITEMS?
Any items marked "Final Sale" are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
I HAVE RECEIVED A DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE ITEM?
On the rare occurrence that you do receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at TEAM@442FIT.COM In your message body, please provide us with your:
- Order number
- Brief description of the problem
- Photos of the Issue
